I love playing spades. It isn't something I do often. We usually play Rummy or Go Fish or as Jason would say Gold Fish. Spades is by far my favorite. I learned to play as a freshman at ONU. Time not spent in class was time spent playing cards. Okay, there was some time playing cards when I should have been in class too. I was lucky to have friends who put up with my "Oops! I didn't mean to put that down" style of playing. Yep. They were a good group. I miss it.
In place of my friends, I now have boots. On the MSN gaming zone you can play spades against the computer. You can also play with real people but they tend to be chatty and I don't do chatty with people I don't know.
It isn't the same, but it will have to do.
